Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Curriculumify’s website, mobile apps, CV tools, evaluations, and related services.

Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service only where legally permitted. The consumer service is not directed to children under 13. Institution administrators are responsible for their authority to add approved student addresses to a roster and manage student access.
The service
Curriculumify helps create, organize, and evaluate CVs and career materials. Automated and AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not guarantees of employment, admission, grades, or professional outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing and using your materials.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or use generated results to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Curriculumify the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and display it to operate the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and must avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Purchases and subscriptions
Mobile digital purchases are billed by Apple or Google under the terms shown at purchase. Curriculumify may present weekly or annual Premium subscriptions, and the selected subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your store account before renewal. Deleting the app or your Curriculumify account does not itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Prices and taxes may vary by storefront. Refunds are handled under the applicable store rules and law.
Institutions
An institution workspace may assign access and view permitted student progress or warning indicators. The institution is responsible for its student notices, permissions, roster accuracy, authorized staff, and lawful use of results. Institution commercial terms may supplement these terms.
Availability and termination
We may change or suspend features, address security or abuse, and terminate access for material violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account. Rights and obligations that naturally survive termination remain effective.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Curriculumify is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses where exclusion is permitted, and any liability is limited as allowed by applicable consumer law.
